O Allah! ﷻ In Your presence we supplicate to You. We are ill with wrongdoing so cure us. Not only do we ask You but emperors, saints and prophets also ask You. We are wrongdoers, unrighteous, drowned in disgrace, whatever we may be – Our Lord we are from the community of your Most Beloved Prophet 
.
We return to You from all directions and ask You for the sake of Your Pure Essence, for the sake of Your Most Beloved Prophet , for the sake of Your pious and pure friends, we present ourselves in Your presence.
Forgive our past misdeeds. In future remove from us the desire and ability for wrongdoing. We are prone to mistakes and forgetfulness. Remove the illness of selfishness from our hearts and cause us to remember You and Your Beloved Prophet . Give us a peaceful heart and peaceful mind. Do not make us subject to stresses and worries but help us to save ourselves.
Give non-praying persons the ability to pray to You, give non-remembering persons the ability to remember You and grant barren persons pious and righteous children.
‘O Allah show us the beautiful city of Madina!
Upon which Your Mercy descends all the time!
May I pray at all times and at all places!
That I see the Pure Shrine of Your Beloved Prophet with these very eyes!
O Allah! Keep us firm upon this friendship for the sake of You, O Almighty, until our last breath when we shall return to You.’
وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى حَبِيْبِهٖ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰ لِهٖ وَاَصْحَابِهٖ ٓاَجْمَعِيْنَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَاۤ اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
Wa Sall–Allahu ‘Alaa Habeebihee Muhammadiw–Wa Aalihee Wa As–haabihee Ajma‘een. Bi Rahmatika Yaa Arhamar–Raahimeen.
And Salutations of Allah ﷻ be upon His Beloved Muhammad – and his Family and his Companions – (upon them) all! (Help us) By Your Mercy! O Most Merciful of the Merciful!
After Salah
After praying Fardh Salah (Obligatory Daily Prayers) read the following:
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّٰهَ x 3
Astaghfirullah – I seek forgiveness from Allah ﷻ.
Then read in a loud voice:
لَا ٓاِلٰهَ اِلَّااللهُ x 3
Laa Ilaaha ill–Allahu – There is no god except Allah! ﷻ
مُحَمَّدٌرَّسُوْلُ اللهِ ﷺ
Muhammadur-Rasoolullah Sall-Allahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam – Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah! ﷻ May Allah ﷻ Bless him and Give him Peace.
Kiss the thumbs and place them upon the eyes.
Then raise hands for a Sunnat Du‘aa and upon finishing it rub the hands on the face:
اَللّٰهُمَ صَلِّ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ عَلٰٓى اٰلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ عَلٰٓى اَصْحَابِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ بَارِكْ وَ سَلِّمْ وَ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ
Allahumma Salli ‘alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammadiw–wa ‘alaa Aali Sayyidinaa Muhammadiw–wa ‘alaa As–haabi Sayyidinaa Muhammadiw–wa Baarik wa Sallim wa Salli ‘alayh
O Allah! ﷻ Send Salutations upon our Leader Muhammad and upon the Family of our Leader Muhammad and upon the Companions of our Leader Muhammad – and blessings and peace and salutations be upon them.
اَللّٰهُمَّ اَنْتَ السَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ تَبَارَكْتَ يَا ذَا الْـجَلَالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَاۤ اَرْحَمَ الرَّا حِمِيْنَ
Allahumma anntas–Salaamu wa minnkas–Salaamu Tabaarakta Yaa Dhal–Jalaali wal–Ikraam, Bi Rahmatika Yaa Arhamar–Raahimeen
O Allah! ﷻ You are Peace and from You is Peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honour! (Help us) By Your Mercy! O Most Merciful of the Merciful!
* Please note – It is Makrooh to make long du‘aas and lengthy recitations between the Fardh and Sunnat Salah. These should be read once the whole Salah has been completed. So after Dhuhr, Maghrib and ‘Isha one should make a brief du‘aa and keep other recitations short, otherwise the reward of the Sunnat Salah will be reduced. [Radd–ul–Muhtaar, Vol 2, p300 and Bahaar–e–Shari‘at, Part 3, p81]
Then read:
لَـقَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِكُمۡ عَزِيۡزٌ عَلَيۡهِ مَا عَنِتُّمۡ حَرِيۡصٌ عَلَيۡكُمۡ بِالۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ رَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ فَاِنۡ تَوَلَّوۡا فَقُلۡ حَسۡبِىَ اللّٰهُ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ ؕ عَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡتُ ؕ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡعَظِيۡمِ
Laqad jaa’akum Rasoolum–min annfusikum ‘azeezun ‘alayhi maa ‘anittum hareesun ‘alaykum bil–mu’mineena ra’oof–ur–raheem. Fa inn–tawallaw fa qul hasbiy–Allahu Laa Ilaaha Illaa Huwa ‘alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul ‘Arsh–il–‘Adheem.
Indeed there has come to you a Messenger from among you – your falling into hardship aggrieves him, most concerned for your well-being, for the believers most compassionate, most merciful. Then if they turn their faces away, then say, “Sufficient for me is Allah ﷻ, there is no god except Him, I have relied upon Him, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.”
Then read:
صلوات الـتاج x 1
Salawaat Taj
Or read:
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدِىْ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللّٰهِ x 3
Sall–Allahu ‘alayka Yaa Sayyidee Yaa RasoolAllah
Salutations of Allah be upon you O my Leader O Messenger of Allah!
Then read:
اَللّٰهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الۡحَـىُّ الۡقَيُّوۡمُۚ لَا تَاۡخُذُهٗ سِنَةٌ وَّلَا نَوۡمٌؕ لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الۡاَرۡضِؕ مَنۡ ذَا الَّذِىۡ يَشۡفَعُ عِنۡدَهٗۤ اِلَّا بِاِذۡنِهٖؕ يَعۡلَمُ مَا بَيۡنَ اَيۡدِيۡهِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡۚ وَلَا يُحِيۡطُوۡنَ بِشَىْ ءٍ مِّنۡ عِلۡمِهٖۤ اِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرۡسِيُّهُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضَۚ وَلَا يَـئُوْدُهٗ حِفۡظُهُمَا ۚ وَ هُوَ الۡعَلِىُّ الۡعَظِيۡمُ x 1
Aayat–ul–Kursi – Allahu Laa Ilaaha Illaa Huwal–Hayyul–Qayyoom. Laa ta’khudhuhoo sinatuw–wa laa nawm. Lahoo maa fis–samaawaati wa maa fil–ardh. Mann dhalladhee yashfa‘u ‘inndahoo illaa bi’idhni(h). Ya‘lamu maa bayna aydeehim wa maa khalfahum. Wa laa yuheetoona bi shay’im–min ‘ilmihee illaa bimaa shaa. Wasi‘a kursiyyuhus–samaawaati wal–ardh. Wa laa ya’ooduhoo hifdhuhumaa wa huwal–‘Aliyyul–‘Adheem.
Allah ﷻ – there is no god except Him; He is Alive (eternally, on His own) and the Upholder (keeps others established); He never feels drowsy nor does He sleep; to Him belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth; who is he that can intercede with Him except by His command? Knowing what is in front of them and what is behind them; and they do not achieve anything of His knowledge except what He wills; His Throne (of Sovereignty) encompasses the heavens and the earth; and it is not difficult for Him to guard them; and He is the Supreme, the Greatest.
Tasbeeh–e–Sayyida Fatima Az–Zahra (Radhy Allahu ‘anhaa) –
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ x 33
Tasbeeh – SubhaanAllah – Purity be to Allah! ﷻ
اَلْـحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ x 33
Tahmeed – Al–Hamdu Lillah – All praise be to Allah! ﷻ
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ x 34
Takbeer – Allahu Akbar – Allah ﷻ is the Greatest!
لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْـحَمْدُ وَ هُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىْ ءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
Laa Ilaaha ill–Allahu Wahdahoo Laa Shareekalahoo lahul–mulku wa lahul–hamdu wa Huwa ‘alaa kulli shay’inn Qadeer
There is no god except Allah ﷻ, He is One, He has No Partner, His is the kingdom and His is the praise and He is Powerful over everything.
Then read Salaat–o–Salaam with eyes lowered respectfully:
اَلصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدِىْ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللّٰهِ
وَعَلٰٓى اٰلِكَ وَاَصْحَابِكَ يَا سَيِّدِىْ يَا حَبِيْبَ اللّٰهِ
اَلصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدِىْ يَا رَحْمَةً لِّـلْعَالَـمِيْنَ
وَعَلٰٓى اٰلِكَ وَاَصْحَابِكَ يَا شَفِيْعَ الْـمُذْنِبِيْنَ
اَلصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ وَالْاَخِرِيْنَ
وَعَلٰٓى اٰلِكَ وَاَصْحَابِكَ يَاۤ اَكْرَمَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ وَالْاَخِرِيْنَ
As–Salaatu was–Salaamu ‘alayka Yaa Sayyidee Yaa RasoolAllah
Wa ‘alaa Aalika wa As–haabika Yaa Sayyidee Yaa HabeebAllah
As–Salaatu was–Salaamu ‘alayka Yaa Sayyidee Yaa Rahmatallil ‘Aalameen
Wa ‘alaa Aalika wa As–haabika Yaa Shafee‘al Mudhnibeen
As–Salaatu was–Salaamu ‘alayka Yaa Sayyidal Awwaleena wal Aakhireen
Wa ‘alaa Aalika wa As–haabika Yaa Akramal Awwaleena wal Aakhireen
Salutations and Peace be upon you O my Leader O Messenger of Allah!
And upon your Family and your Companions O my Leader O Beloved of Allah!
Salutations and Peace be upon you O my Leader O Mercy of the entire Universe!
And upon your Family and your Companions O Intercessor of the Wrongdoers!
Salutations and Peace be upon you O Leader of the First and the Last!
And upon your Family and your Companions O Most Noble of the First and the Last!
Then raise hands for Du‘aa. One may also add other du‘aas to Allah too:
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ عَلٰٓى اٰلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ عَلٰٓى اَصْحَابِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ بَارِكْ وَ سَلِّمْ وَ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ
Allahumma Salli ‘alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammadiw–wa ‘alaa Aali Sayyidinaa Muhammadiw–wa ‘alaa As–haabi Sayyidinaa Muhammadiw–wa Baarik wa Sallim wa Salli ‘alayh
O Allah! ﷻ Send Salutations upon our Leader Muhammad and upon the Family of our Leader Muhammad and upon the Companions of our Leader Muhammad – and blessings and peace and salutations be upon them .
اَللّٰهُمَّ اَعِنِّى عَلٰى ذِكْرِكَ وشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ
Allahumma A‘innee ‘alaa Dhikrika wa Shukrika wa Husni ‘Ibaadatik
O Allah! ﷻ Help me to remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in the best manner.
رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِى الدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةً وَّفِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَّ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbanaa aatinaa fid–Dunyaa hasanataw–wa fil–Aakhirati hasanataw–wa qinaa ‘adhaaban–naar
Our Lord! Give us good in the World and good in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of the fire.
وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى حَبِيْبِهٖ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰ لِهٖ وَاَصْحَابِهٖٓ اَجْمَعِيْنَ
Wa Sall–Allahu ‘Alaa Habeebihee Muhammadiw–Wa Aalihee Wa As–haabihee Ajma‘een.
And Salutations of Allah ﷻ be upon His Beloved Muhammad – and his Family and his Companions – (upon them) all!
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَاۤ اَرْحَمَ الرَّا حِمِيْنَ
Bi Rahmatika Yaa Arhamar–Raahimeen
(Help us) By Your Mercy! O Most Merciful of the Merciful!
Upon finishing this du‘aa rub the hands on the face then place them on one’s lap. Then raise hands for Du‘aa–e–Khayr, at the end of which rub the hands on the face:
دُعاۓ خير٬ اول خير٬ آخرخير٬ شفاۓ بيماراں٬ خلاصی قرضداراں٬ سختياں دور٬ يَا حَلَّ الْمُشْكِلَاتِ اَللّٰهُمَّ يَا كَا فِىَ الْمُهِمَّا تِ یا الٰہی فتح اسلام شکستِ کفار٬ يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيْثِيْنَ اَغِثْنَا يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيْثِيْنَ اَغِثْنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَاۤ اَرْحَمَ الرَّا حِمِيْنَ
Du‘aa–e–Khayr Awwal Khayr Aakhir Khayr Shifaa–e– Beemaaraa(n) Khalaasee Qarzdaaraa(n) Sakhtiyaa(n) Door Yaa Hall–al–Mushkilaat Allahumma Yaa Kaafi–al–Muhimmaat Yaa Ilaahee Fatah Islaam Shikast–e–Kuffaar Yaa Ghiyaath–al–Mustagheetheena Aghithnaa Yaa Ghiyaath–al–Mustagheetheena Aghithnaa Bi Rahmatika Yaa Arhamar–Raahimeen
We supplicate for good – a good beginning, a good ending. Cure the diseased, release the indebted and alleviate afflictions. O Solver of Difficulties! O Allah! ﷻ O Sufficient of Necessities! O Allah! ﷻ Grant victory to Islam! Defeat the unbelievers! O Helper of Helping ones! Help us! O Helper of Helping ones! Help us! (Help us) By Your Mercy! O Most Merciful of the Merciful!
